Dearest Rachel (and Evan,) this Nana's heart goes out to you.

My daughter has five babies in heaven and then we welcomed my granddaughter into the world after all those losses. That granddaughter is now four and a half; it was a long wait, but the joy on the other side.... Believing God with you for that joy that is coming.

I felt this anxiety so deeply during my pregnancy. My husband was also much better at hoping. Believing and hoping with you. Sweet Richard is held in the hearts and prayers of all who read your words 🤍

Like so many others, I’m praying and hoping for you that Richard will cry and crawl and walk in the land of the living with you and your family. Like you, I also struggle to hope after so much loss, defeat, and disappointment—different losses but loss nonetheless. Thanks for being honest about the struggle.

Important question… Was that dinosaur made by some guy in a moderately sized town long forgotten in the Midwest?

Also, we will be praying, bless you and yours.
